Mahesh starts his next film with AR.Murugados

Mahesh Babu's next movie has gone onto the floors today. The much anticipated yet to be titled movie with filmmaker A.R. Murugadoss hasbeen started. The regular shoot of the movie was commenced today itself once the puja was done by the film's unit. According to a source, ''The shooting has commenced. After the first schedule in Hyderabad, the makers will shoot predominant portions of the film in Mumbai'' is what is being said. The movie will be seeing afresh pairing as the current queen of Tollywood, Rakul Preet Singh will be seen as the leading lady opposite Mahesh. Tipped to be an action thriller, the film will mark the first time collaboration of Mahesh and Murugadoss. Harris Jayaraj is composing the music. There is a lot riding on the movie and the fans expectations of the movie are sky high asthe last outing of the superstar at the box office was a disappointment to his fans. The estimated budget of the movie is said to be Rs 90 crores.

Supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej as the hero, the movie Thikka is gearing up for the release. The audio is to be officially unveiled today ie. July 30th. There is so much buzz around, about Thikka's audio, as Tamil's top hero Dhanush has crooned a special song for this movie. Music director Thaman has composed the music for Thikka.

"Thikka" is tipped to be a romantic action film, which is written by Lakshmi Bhupal and directed by Sunil Reddy. Sai Dharam Tej is playing the hero, while Larissa Bonesi and Mannara Chopra essay the roles of female leads in the film. Under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Movie Makers, Dr. Rohin Reddy is bankrolling the movie

After the debacle of his last outing at the box office with 'Krishnashtami', Sunil is back with yet another movie in an attempt to entertain the audience. The movie with the tagline stars Mannara Chopra as the female lead and is directed by Vamsi Krishna Akella. One would always like to see Sunil doing comedy again as that is what he is best at and the audience loved seeing him essay role which evoke laughter. After producing one of the big hits in recent times 'Prema Kadha Chitram' this is producer Sudarshan's second outing. Lets find out if this movie could bring back the lost glory of Sunil- the hero.

Story: Jakkanna (Sunil) is a youngster who is influenced by a thought that his father has sowed in him when he was a child. He could go to any extent in order to make someone happy or help those who have helped him in any stage of his life. He always tries to repay the help by leaps and bounds. He enters Vizag in search of a goon named Bhairagi (Kabir). He then faces a lot of tricky situations that he needs to get out of. What does he have to do with him and why is he trying to save the life of Bhairagi and how he falls in love with Mannara is the plot of the film.

Cast:
Sunil has recently also maintained that he loves doing comedy and that is what interests him most and also that his fans are also saying that he has to get back to such roles.May be Sunil is taking steps towards it now because that is where he would excel. This movie reminds you of that old Sunil with his extraordinary comic timing. Like the movies nuvve nuvve, sontham, nuvvu naaku nachav. Though he worked really hard for the movie some senseless dialogues ruin his hard work. But his dances in all the songs are great. He single handedly carries the film on his shoulders. Saptagiri and 30 years Pruthvi provide some much needed laughter in the film. Mannara Chopra makes an ok debut. It would have been great if she could have focussed more on the acting part of the movie as well. Kabir Singh also gives a decent performance.

Technical aspects: The music scored by Dinesh does not impress and also does not help the movie in any way. The songs fail to impress you. But he managed to give quite good background music for the film which elevates it at various points during the movie. The production values of the movie are quite good but it would have been better if they have worked more on the story of the movie. The dialogues do provide some much needed laughter and are quite good. The director though starts off with a gripping first half but the dilutes mid way through the movie. He fails to keep up the audience's attention as the suspense part of the movie isnt handled well. The narration tends to be too bland too.

Analysis: Sunil comes back with yet another movie with a promise of entertainment. Though the movie impresses in bits it does not sustain the attention of the audience. It comes across as a cliched routine commercial drama. The movie might not be able to impress the multiplex audiences. The punch dialogues might not impress all but tend to get overboard at times. But it does give you some laughter in some parts of the movie. If you want to just while away your time watching a movie then you could go for it, but make sure you don't expect much from the movie.

Kabali Movie Review : The first Half came really well with a twist at pre-interval. But the second half didn’t impress much compared to first half. It is little boring. In the second half Rajini go to search his wife which turned out to be little boring. But before the climax again the story enters the track and gives a little pace to the story. Rajini kills the Villain but in the end Rajini Dies.

Fans will be hurt after they see Rajini die, but the true meaning comes only when the lead dies in the film. So it is little uncommon when compared to other films.The story has been dealt really well by talented filmmaker Pa Ranjith. Rajnikanth makes the big difference when he is seen with his typical tangible dialogues and incredible action.

Rajinikanth's much-awaited Tamil movie "Kabali" has finally cleared the folmalities of the regional censor board movies that bag a 'U' certificate from on July 11 and Kalaippuli S Thanu has revealed its official release date.

"Kabali" under his banner V Creations, confirmed the news about it on his Twitter handle on Monday.." The makers have already revealed the release date of "Kabali," but of late, it was rumoured that the movie would be postponed, due to some reasons. Producer Kalaippuli S Thanu confirmed that "Kabali" will be released on the date announced july 22.

The Tamil Nadu government gives tax exemption to the movies that bag a 'U' certificate from and to the films that promote Tamil culture. With the censor baord awarding 'U' certificate to it, "Kabali" has now become eligible for the 30-percent tax exemption given for the films by the state government.

Most of Rajinikanth's recent movies have bagged a 'U' certificate from the censor board. His last four outings like "Kuselan," "Enthiran," "Kochadaiiyaan," and "Lingaa" have passed the censor test with virtually no hurdles. "Kabali" has now joined the list of these films.

"Kabali" is dubbed and released with the same title in Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam on the same date of its original. The audio albums of its Tamil and Telugu versions were released recently and have received good response from the audience.

"Kabali" has been written and directed by Pa Ranjith. Rajinikanth has paired up with Radhika Apte in the film, which also stars Dhansika, Kishore, Kalaiyarasan and many others, including a few Malaysian artistes. This multilingual movie is expected to be released in four languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malay and Hindi) in over 3,500 screens around the world.
