Rajinikanth's much-awaited Tamil movie "Kabali"
has finally cleared the folmalities of the regional censor board movies that bag a 'U' certificate from on July 11 and
Kalaippuli S Thanu has revealed its official release date.
"Kabali" under his banner V Creations, confirmed the news
about it on his Twitter handle on Monday.." The makers have already
revealed the release date of "Kabali," but of late, it was rumoured
that the movie would be postponed, due to some reasons. Producer Kalaippuli S
Thanu confirmed that "Kabali" will be released on the date announced
july 22.

Nadu government gives tax exemption to the movies that bag a 'U' certificate
from and to the films that promote Tamil culture. With the censor baord
awarding 'U' certificate to it, "Kabali" has now become eligible for
the 30-percent tax exemption given for the films by the state government.
Most of Rajinikanth's recent movies have bagged a 'U'
certificate from the censor board. His last four outings like
"Kuselan," "Enthiran," "Kochadaiiyaan," and
"Lingaa" have passed the censor test with virtually no hurdles.
"Kabali" has now joined the list of these films.
"Kabali" is dubbed and released with the same
title in Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam on the same date of its original. The
audio albums of its Tamil and Telugu versions were released recently and have
received good response from the audience.
"Kabali" has been written and directed by Pa Ranjith.
Rajinikanth has paired up with Radhika Apte in the film, which also stars
Dhansika, Kishore, Kalaiyarasan and many others, including a few Malaysian
artistes. This multilingual movie is expected to be released in four languages
(Tamil, Telugu, Malay and Hindi) in over 3,500 screens around the world.
