Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB)
released notification for the posts of Constable for male and female
candidates. Eligible candidates can be apply for these posts. Applications can
be sent through the online or offline.
Other states SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B candidates are also eligible for these
posts but they are treated as General (un-reserved) category. Candidates must
have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination from a recognized institution. Candidates
will be recruited based on the written examination and the physical eligibility
test. Applicants have to pay Rs.400 /- application fee. For SC/ ST candidates
application fee is Rs.200/-. The details

Eligibility criteria for TSLPRB posts:
Age limit: (as on the date 01-07-2015)
For Police Constable (Civil), Police Constable (AR), Police
Constable (SAR CPL), Police Constable (TSSP), Police Constable SPF) posts, 18 to 25 years.
For Firemen posts, 18 to 33 years.
Age relaxation:
For SC/ ST/ OBC candidates, 05 years.
For Telangana State employee candidates, 05 years.
For the candidates of Army, Navy or Air Force of the Indian
Union, 03 years.
For NCC and women candidates reservation is applicable as per
the TS government rules.
NOTE: Age relaxation is applicable for the SC/ ST and OBC
candidates belongs to Telangana state only.
Educational qualification:
Candidates must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent
examination from a recognized institution.
Physical Measurement Test:
Candidates must be perfect with the measurements such as,
height, weight, chest etc., and also health conditions.
For Post code No. 21 to 26 constable posts:
Minimum Height for men: 167.6 cms
Minimum weight: Proportionate to height as per medical standard.
Minimum chest: 86.3 cms (with maximum 5 cms expansion)
For Post code No. 21 and 22 Lady constable posts:
Minimum Height: 152.5 cms
Minimum weight: Proportionate to height as per medical
standard.
For ST and Mahaboobnagar, Adilabad, Warangal and Khammam
districts the physical measurements should be as follows:
For Post code No. 21 to 26 constable posts:
Minimum Height for men: 160 cms
Minimum weight: Proportionate to height as per medical
standard.
Minimum chest: 80 cms (with maximum 5 cms expansion)
For Post code No. 21 and 22 Lady constable posts:
Minimum Height: 150 cms
Minimum weight: Proportionate to height as per medical
standard.
